We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again – the Mt. Washington Valley is full of foodies with sweet tooths (us among them). This Sunday, February 26th, 2017 from 11am until 4pm is the 28th Annual Chocolate Festival. Know locally as ‘the sweetest day on the trails’, there’s almost 30 miles of chances to taste chocolate!
You can cross country ski, snowshoe, or drive between select inns for a sampling of delicious chocolate treats, many of them free! Past offerings included chocolate dipped fruit, fondue, baked goods, even ice cream bars! The only way to find out what’s available this year is to attend!
This event is a fundraiser for the nonprofit Mt. Washington Valley Ski Touring and Snowshoe Foundation, and costs $30 per ticket in advance, $35 per ticket the day of the event. So hit the trails and join hundreds of chocoholics this weekend indulge in some sweet stuff!
